Most of the missions that detour from the tournament are based on wealth, media attention or women and it is entirely up to you which of the three temptations you want to enjoy. The behind and above viewpoint works well, the game handles beautifully and it all looks and sounds lovely.

This could've been the most disastrous game in ages, but defying all odds, Glimmerati is one of the most intriguing, unique, and playable games ever made for N-Gage.

The gameplay is unbeatable. You really can't find anything like it anywhere else. That's where this game succeeds the most - it's different. Good different.

Glimmerati is a really fun, top-down racing game. Bugbear studios have managed to take the limited performance of the NGAGE and craft a game that takes advantage of the things that make NGAGE good while avoiding the pitfalls that other racing games have fallen into.

Glimmerati may not let you feel the leather seats or taste the champagne, but it's a great approximation.

N-Gage titles aren't known for their groundbreaking visuals, but Bugbear did a nice job taking advantage of the hardware's strengths. During play the game never slows down, and the 3D environments look crisp and detailed on the tiny screen.

Glimmerati is an okay, if a rather unoriginal racing game. It’s at its best during multiplayer Bluetooth-races. [July 2005, p.76]

Anu S. gave it a10:
This is the best game on n-gage. It's fun and challenging at the same time. The races don't take more than 5 minutes so it's a perfect mobile game. The bluetooth multiplayer is also tons of fun.
